I WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, Hateful imagery (Racism, homophobia, hate speech, etc.), Complicated Machinery (Mechs, robots, etc).COMMUNICATION: I require an open channel of communication between myself and the client to ensure the quality and vision is to the client’s liking. If at any point in the commission process I don’t receive a reply within 2 weeks, the commission will be closed and full refund may not be possible. Remember, if communication is minimal, I will assume that I am on the right path for finishing the product and continue to the next stage of completion.FAILURE TO PAY: I send progress pictures with my personal watermark once I get to a refined stage of the process, this is started upon reception of the initial payment. These progress pictures will also include the final product, with my watermark. In order to receive the final product without said obtrusive watermark, I will need to receive the final payment, and failure to do so within a timely matter will close the commission.REFUNDS: If at any point in time you must request a refund, please contact me directly so we may discuss the process further. Refunds will be dependent on the level of completion the final piece is. IF I am unable to complete a commission due to personal reasons, I will issue a full refund.FAN-ART: If you do not own the rights to characters that you wish to be drawn, I will need express permission by the creator/owner of the designs unless otherwise stated.TIME: While I try to get work done in a timely manner, some commissions will take longer to complete than others. Please allow me two weeks to process commissions and add them to my que. If you need an express commission due to an event or special occasion, please include that information and I will decide if the timeline is feasible.WHEN REPOSTING: While I don’t require a direct link to my social media for my completed work, it is appreciated. My signature will be in a non-distracting location on the piece and can not be removed. If you see work with my incomplete watermark posted, please contact me because these are not completed pieces.USE OF ART: I offer Sketch and Lineart commissions, if you would like to trace over the work you are commissioning, color it, or otherwise tamper with the original product, please contact me and give proper credit for the work I have done. I don’t mind people using work that they have paid for for personal practice so long as credit is given in this instance. DO NOT claim or resell any of my artwork as your own, this includes but is not limited to NFTs, AI generation, creating Merchandise, and/or use of art for profit.I WILL USE YOUR ART: I will use your art as a commission example and in my personal portfolio unless you contact me directly and we will discuss the process. I may also stream or use your commission in other content unless discussed prior.
